This week for Literacy, Primary 1 were reading a book called "I Like the Rain". This story explores all types of weather and the children talked about what they like to do in each type of weather. Some boys and girls enjoy jumping in muddy puddles in the rain while others enjoy sledging in the snow!
Today, we went to the music room to use musical instruments as a way of representing the various types of weather. It was so much fun and we really loved playing weather music. The children came up with excellent links between the various instruments and each weather type. Check out the videos to hear all their ideas!
