During Catholic School's Week it was the feast of St. Brigid. Corey Greene and Molly Burns brought in rushes and with the help of Mrs Cole they made St. Brigid crosses which the P5s took to Mass on Wednesday and got blessed. Molly and Corey each took turns sitting on the hot seat and the class asked them questions about Brigid and her life. They also pretended to be Brigid and the pagan chieftain for whom Brigid made a cross to explain to him how Jesus died on the cross.
