Our school was bursting with excitement as pupils took part in a fantastic fundraising event to support Trócaire — and it’s safe to say Mr Colgan won’t forget it anytime soon!
Armed with water balloons, buckets and super soakers, the children lined up eagerly for their chance to soak Mr Colgan — all for a brilliant cause. There were squeals of laughter as balloons splashed, water sprayed, and Mr Colgan was completely drenched from head to toe!
We were delighted to be joined by our friends from Dunaman Preschool, who added even more fun and excitement to the day. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together, building friendships and supporting such an important charity.
Through this fun-filled event, we learned about helping others and making a difference in the world. Every splash helped raise valuable funds for Trócaire’s vital work supporting communities in need across the globe.
A huge well done to all our children for their enthusiasm and generosity — and a very special thank you to Mr Colgan for being such a great sport! 💧👏
