Primary 3 have been taking good care of their mental health this week in support of Children’s Mental Health Week.
We have a new addition to our class… The Worry Monster! We enjoyed meeting him and reading a story and poem about him. We then made our very own worry monsters to take home.
We burnt off lots of energy completing our daily mile🏃♂️, and enjoyed Cosmic Yoga to calm our minds 💫
