Primary 3 took good care of their mental health this week in support of Children’s Mental Health Week.
We welcomed a new member to the class….a worry monster! We enjoyed reading a story about him and made our very own worry monsters to take home.
We talked about all the feelings we can have…happy, excited, calm, worried, angry. We can identify how we are feeling and record it on our feelings wall.
We burnt lots of energy during the daily mile 🏃♂️, and practiced being calm in our cosmic yoga session 💫
