Primary 1 October Activities

Primary 1 have had a super busy month learning lots of new things.

• We are enjoying dressing up for Halloween, playing in the Spooky Den and working in the Witches' Bakery.
• Halloween arts and crafts are happening daily.
• We have been learning to tell the time (o'clock).
• Our cutting skills have greatly improved since we have started school.
• We are enjoying playing games on the ipads during playtime. We are working on letter and number formation, rhyme, sorting for one criterion and phonics.
• We are also loving playing literacy and numeracy games in small groups. Taking turns is an important skill that we are working on.
