This afternoon we had a special assembly where we presented a cheque for £300 to Oliver and Christine from our local branch of the Saint Vincent De Paul Society. This money was raised by the school choir, led by Mrs Grant, who sang carols at different locations in the Kilkeel community before Christmas. Also the children in Primary 6/7, who with the help of Ms Campbell, had a photo booth at Christmas. The children of Saint Colman's had very close links with the Saint Vincent De Paul society this year. They were invited to decorate a tree in partnership with Saint Vincent De Paul, by the Fisherman's Mission. We thank Saint Vincent De Paul Society for all they do for our community.
