P6/7 are learning about Europe in World Around Us. The children have studied and explored cross curricular links with this topic in Literacy as well. So far in Term 2, the children have worked in pairs using chrome books to research different European cities. Following on from this, the children planned and wrote a descriptive piece of writing about their city of research. Moreover, the children learned how to write a diary entry and had the opportunity to write their own diary entry about their first day exploring the city of Paris. The children then had the opportunity to discuss and share their own diary entry with their peers. Have a look at some examples of the children's work below.
