P5 presented an assembly this morning on Advent. The boys and girls worked very hard this week learning the words to a new song Emmanuel which they sang beautifully. Primary five told the whole school about the importance of Advent and how it is a time for us all to prepare for the coming of the baby Jesus. They explained why we have an advent wreath and the meaning behind each of the candles on the wreath. I am very proud of all of them.
