As part of Irish culture week Primary 2 have made soda bread. We found out that we only needed 3 ingredients; soda bread flour, buttermilk and a pinch of salt. We weighed and measured our ingredients and then waited patiently on it cooking. The best bit was getting to eat the lovely soda bread after. Take a look at our pictures.
