This week is Children’s Mental Health Week and this year’s theme is ‘Know Yourself Grow Yourself’. It is based on the emotions featured in the movies Inside Out and Inside Out 2.
We talked about emotions a lot in class this week and made some wonderful posters to help look after yourself.
