First School Library Visit For P1

17th Sep 2018

The Primary 1 boys and girls enjoyed their first visit to the school library today. Every Monday the children will visit the library to choose a book to take home for the week.

Interesting fact: If you read just one book a day to your child, they will have been read 1825 books by the time they reach their 5th birthday! Every day counts. Every book counts.

Reading your child a story helps their development in lots of ways. It sparks your child's imagination and stimulates curiosity. It also help their brain, social skills, language and communication skills develop (to name a few).

Please return the library book at the end of the week to ensure your child can swap the book to a new one each Monday.
