The Primary 7 children have spent time researching and writing a persuasive piece of writing about plastic pollution. The children then had the opportunity to read their speech out in front of their peers and Kara McCormick was successfully selected to represent the school in the NMDDC Environmental Speech Competition. Everyone at St Colman’s is very proud of Kara and all the children for participating fully in the environmental issue of plastic pollution.
